By subscribing to and using LayerSeven TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LayerSeven TV.

2. Service Description

LayerSeven TV provides internet-based television streaming services including live channels, video-on-demand (VOD), and series content. Service availability, channel lineup, and content are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to share your account with unauthorized users
• You agree not to resell or redistribute our service without explicit written permission

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Automatic renewals will be billed at the current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: the guarantee covers customers who subscribe without having taken a trial, the window depends on the plan, and a refund requires a fault attributable to us. Taking a trial before subscribing voids the guarantee on every plan. Where the two documents differ, the Refund Policy governs.

6. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the service for any illegal purpose
• You may not attempt to bypass our security measures or DRM protections
• You may not use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• You may not transmit malicious code or interfere with service operations

7. Limitation of Liability

LayerSeven TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription. We are not responsible for content availability, third-party streaming issues, or internet connectivity problems.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users will be notified of termination via email. Upon termination, access to the service will be revoked immediately. No refunds are provided for terminated accounts due to policy violations.
